International Shipping

Protocol currently ships to Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States.

International shipping methods cannot be tracked and, during the global pandemic, normally take 21-30 business days for delivery. On rare occasions, there’s a chance that your order can be delayed by your country’s customs regulations.

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Protocol Lab LLC has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc.

Protocol ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Protocol Lab cannot pay for these on your behalf.

More information regarding your country's custom policies can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
